This isn’t just a developer role. Desol Int. is looking for someone who can lead, mentor, manage client projects, and build complex WordPress solutions for international clients — all at once.
If you’ve got 4–5 years of deep WordPress experience and you’re ready to step into leadership — this is your next move.
🛠️ Technical Skills Required:
- 4–5+ years hands-on WordPress development
- Strong custom plugin & custom theme development
- Deep knowledge of WordPress core, hooks, actions, filters & template hierarchy
- Strong PHP, OOP, clean coding practices & data structures
- API integrations, WooCommerce, membership systems & CRM integrations
- Database optimization, troubleshooting & performance tuning
- Git/GitHub, deployments & staging setups
- Code review & enforcing development standards
- Elementor / Divi / Bricks experience is a plus
👔 Leadership Skills Required:
- Experience leading or managing development teams
- Ability to create project plans, break scope & assign tasks
- Managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Coordinating with designers, developers & QA
- Strong documentation, reporting & planning skills
🌍 Client Communication:
- Strong English — written and spoken
- Handle meetings with international clients confidently
- Explain technical concepts in simple language
- Manage expectations professionally under tight deadlines
